CPR’s Members and Coalition Partner Members regularly meet with major national and regional health plans, allowing participants to monitor each health plan’s progress toward payment and delivery reform. The User Group meetings also offer the health plans an efficient means to deliver information to participating purchasers, which include both current and prospective customers. In this series of meetings, plans will present COVID-19’s impact on cost, utilization, and quality of care and discuss the pandemic’s impact on payment reform.
