Scorecard on Payment Reform 2.0
Like our previous national and state-level Scorecards on Payment Reform, Scorecard 2.0 will continue to measure how much payment reform there is and of what type. Building off of this base, 2.0 will also measure, at a macro level, the impact that payment reform is having on the health care system by examining 12 new metrics.
